Exceptions to This Policy

Product Damage During Shipment
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will investigate and offer a replacement if the claim is verified. -
Warranty Claims
If your product is covered under a valid warranty, and the issue qualifies as a warranty-related fault, we will offer repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.
Non-Warranty Products
Products that are not under warranty are not eligible for any returns, refunds, or replacements under any circumstances.
